Skotz Manufacturing has been in business since
1992 as a manufacturer of magnetic curtain rods. Owner, Scott Mulder,
designed and patented the MagneRod products when he saw a need for
easy-to-install rods for steel doors. At the time, he was working in
the steel door business and heard customers complain about how difficult
it was to install curtain rods on steel doors. After years of
development, and many prototypes, the MagneRod magnetic curtain rod came
to market. Today, Skotz Manufacturing
carries a wide-range of products including the trademark MagneRod brands.
The company is headquartered in suburban Philadelphia and it still
delivers the personalized service that customers have come to expect.
